Coronavirus Update

Updated: Oct 13, 2020

Dear Pawsarotti’s Pet Store Customers,

We hope you and your pets are staying safe and healthy as we all work together to 'flatten the curve' of COVID-19 in our community.  We are doing everything we can to make our store as safe and as comfortable as possible during this historic situation.

We have some updates on our store operations that we would like to share with you:

-We will continue to keep our regular store hours until notified otherwise.

-Sunday Nail trims will be cancelled for the foreseeable future.

-Social Distancing – When in line to make purchases please be patient and courteous to others.  -----Allow space between yourselves and others in line by maintaining a distance of six feet from others when possible.

Social distancing is scientifically-proven to be one of the most effective methods to slow the transmission of communicable disease, such as COVID-19.  Keep a distance of at least six feet away from another person.

-We are offering a “Curbside Pick Up” Service.  Call your order in ahead, pay over the phone, drive up and we will bring your things out to your car for you.  Please call us with any questions 707-595-3357.

-We are following all recommended guidelines in keeping our store sanitized to help keep our staff and customers safe.  As recommended by the CDC we have added several precautions like washing our hands more often. Hard surfaces and credit card machines are getting cleaned with disinfectant frequently.

- A few customers have asked about how their pets are affected by Coronavirus. For more info about that, read here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prepare/animals.html

-As an essential business in you and your pet’s community, we will be working to maintain these safety guidelines and kindly request that you join us in these guidelines and safety standards when visiting Pawsarotti’s in order to keep our staff, customers and community safe during this time.

Thank you for your continued support of Pawsarotti's!

- Your Pet's Store
